1. Agreeing to these terms

Using the Quantum Minecraft server, this website, or our Discord means you accept these terms. If you don’t accept them, don’t use them.

We may update these terms. When we change something that materially affects you, we’ll post it in Discord and update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the new version.

2. Definitions

• Quantum — the Minecraft server, this website, our Discord, and anything else we operate under the Quantum Servers name.
• You — anyone using any of the above.
• Virtual items — in-game currency, ranks, gift cards, homes, cosmetics, and anything else that exists only inside Quantum.
• Nova — our supporter subscription.
• Real-money trading — exchanging virtual items, accounts, or access for real-world money or anything of real-world value.

3. Age

You must be at least 13 to use Quantum. If you’re under 18, get a parent or guardian’s permission before spending money here.

We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If we learn that a player is under 13, we’ll remove their account and the data attached to it.

4. What’s allowed in game

Quantum is an anarchy server. Inside the game world, almost anything goes — raiding, griefing, stealing, flooding, scamming, betrayal, ambushes at spawn. None of that will get you banned. Losing your base is part of playing here.

There is no protection, no land claiming outside of what the server itself enforces, and no staff intervention in player conflicts. Don’t build anything you can’t afford to lose.

5. What’s forbidden

The line is simple: the game is fair game, the server is not. Anything aimed at the software, the infrastructure, or other people’s accounts is prohibited.

5.1 Clients and modifications

Prohibited:

• Hacked clients, injectors, and cheat mods of any kind
• Movement modification — fly, speed, no-fall, jesus, spider, velocity changes
• Combat assistance — kill aura, aim assist, reach extension, auto-totem, auto-clickers, macros that automate combat
• Information the vanilla game doesn’t give you — X-ray, ESP, tracers, radar, freecam, entity or player finders, health indicators
• Automation of gameplay while you aren’t at the keyboard, beyond ordinary redstone

Generally fine: performance mods, shaders, minimaps without entity or ore radar, and quality-of-life mods that don’t give you information or ability the vanilla client lacks. If you’re unsure about a specific mod, ask in Discord before using it.

5.2 Exploits

• Item, currency, or experience duplication, attempted or successful
• Exploiting bugs in our plugins, economy, ranks, gift cards, or Nova
• Deliberately causing lag, crashes, or instability
• Packet manipulation or malformed data sent to the server

If you find a bug, report it. We’d rather reward you than ban you, and we’ve never punished someone for reporting something honestly.

5.3 Our infrastructure

Attacking this website, our network, our Discord, or any system we run is prohibited and may also be a criminal offence. So is attempting to obtain staff permissions, access another player’s account, or discover credentials that aren’t yours.

5.4 Economy

• No real-money trading. Selling accounts, in-game currency, items, gift card codes, or Nova access for real money is prohibited, whoever is buying.
• Gift cards are an in-game feature funded with in-game money. Selling codes outside Quantum turns them into RMT and is treated as such.
• No gambling services that take real-world value, and no trading Quantum items for goods on other servers or platforms.

5.5 Other people

In-game hostility is fine. Targeting the person is not. Prohibited:

• Harassment, threats of real-world harm, and hate speech
• Sharing anyone’s personal information without their consent
• Impersonating staff, or claiming to speak for Quantum
• Sexual content involving minors, or any attempt to contact a minor inappropriately. This results in a permanent ban and a report to the relevant authorities.

6. Accounts

You’re responsible for what happens on your account, including anything done by someone you shared access with. Alternate accounts are allowed, but using them to evade a ban, stack rewards, or misrepresent numbers is not — and a ban applies to every account we can link to you.

7. Virtual items

Ranks, currency, homes, cosmetics, gift cards, and Nova perks are a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use a feature of our server. They are not property and they have no real-world value.

We may change, rebalance, or remove virtual items as the server develops. Where a change affects something you paid for, the Refund Policy sets out what you’re entitled to.

8. Enforcement

We may warn, mute, suspend, or permanently ban any account for breaking these terms, with or without notice, and may extend that to linked accounts.

Appeals go to [email protected] and are read by a person. We do get things wrong, and we’d rather hear about it from you than from your bank — disputing a payment over a ban makes a reversible situation permanent.

9. Nova

Nova is a monthly subscription that grants cosmetic and convenience perks. It grants no in-game currency, items, or advantage in combat or progression, and nothing it includes is required to play.

Full purchase, cancellation and refund terms are in the Refund Policy. You can cancel at any time from your payment history.

10. Third-party platforms

We use Discord and other third-party services. They have their own rules and their own privacy policies, and we don’t control them. We’re not responsible for anything that happens on a platform we don’t operate.

Nothing sold, listed, or advertised involving Quantum accounts, items, currency, or access on any third-party marketplace is authorised by us.

11. Availability and liability

Quantum is provided as-is, with no guarantee of uptime, data integrity, or continued existence. We run on hardware that can fail, through networks we don’t control, using software we didn’t write.

We’re not liable for lost builds, lost items, lost currency, world resets, data loss, downtime, or anything else arising from using Quantum, to the fullest extent the law allows. Where liability can’t be excluded, it’s limited to what you’ve paid us in the previous twelve months.

Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer protection law where you live.

12. Trademarks

Quantum Servers is an independent Minecraft server. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Mojang Studios, Microsoft, Discord, or any other trademark holder. All trademarks belong to their owners.
